What is Reiki?

Meet your Instructor
Hi, I’m Lisa StarAhna, and I have dedicated my life to healing, awakening, and supporting others on their personal and spiritual journeys. Based in Orem, Utah, I've practiced Reiki and holistic healing for over 38 years, guiding thousands of individuals toward greater balance, joy, and well-being. In 1988, I opened my first wellness clinic, offering a variety of healing modalities and introducing holistic wellness to my community long before it became mainstream. I later founded The Healing Light Reiki Training Center to provide a safe, nurturing space where students of all levels can learn, heal, and grow. Through both in-person and remote sessions, my intention is to help clients restore balance, release what no longer serves them, and move forward with greater confidence, peace, and purpose.
